It has gained enthusiastic acceptance in the market place because of the relatively low start up cost.

Precision Poly Pty Ltd has close to 3 decades of rewarding experience in the development and production of innovative high quality products. 

From its inception the Rotomoulding process had been labeled “black art” and was left to be executed by a few curious and innovative individuals. 

Although Rainwater tanks, in a large variety of shapes and sizes, have overtaken the Custom Moulding in business volume, we are still servicing the Custom Moulding sector.

Many frustrations along the way did not help to make the process any more attractive. However, the potential of relatively low entry cost to conduct market pilots before full scale mass production commitment tipped the scale in favour of Rotational Moulding. 

We are a small company with a large reputation for innovative Design and Manufacturing solutions for Rotational Moulding. 

We have been very active in the Industry since 1970. During the pioneering days we had no textbooks to guide us on what to do or where to source material suitable to accommodate prolonged heat exposure times. We actually alloyed (Melt compounded) various grades of Polyethylene to enhance certain properties to get the results demanded by the application. 

By sharing our experience through conferences around the globe over the past 3 decades we disseminated some of the data that is now in the public domain.

Thanks to this commitment, we helped to debunk the perception, that Rotomoulding is a black art. 

A whole new branch of material suppliers specialising in Rotomoulding grades spawned from these early beginnings. 

Today Rotomoulding is well established around the globe. 

The variety of application is enormous and its main constraint is lack of imagination.
